# Support | Frequently Asked Questions

### **Can I test the io.finnet solution before going live?**

Yes. io.vault natively supports several test networks, including **Bitcoin Testnet**, **Ethereum Holesky**, and **Ethereum Sepolia**. The full list of supported test and mainnet chains is available in our [developer documentation](https://docs.iofinnet.com/docs/supported-blockchains-and-assets).  
If you require a dedicated sandbox environment, please [contact our support team](https://support.iofinnet.com/helpcenter/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) and we will be happy to set one up for you.

### **I have a technical issue, what do I do?<https://docs.iofinnet.com/io.vault/faqs#i-have-a-technical-issue-what-do-i-do>**

### **I have feedback, a feature request, or would like to see a specific chain supported by io.finnet. What do I do?**

*(For io.network Principal Member subscriptions only)* Please collate any underlying client feedback for your next alignment meeting with your io.finnet Operations team. These meetings are usually held once a month.
