I have a technical issue, what do I do?

There are two routes for you to raise an issue or query with io;

1. Visit our website, click contact us in the top right corner and choose from the options and on the right side of the screen, click the link labeled “here.” 

2. From the web dashboard, select the "Support" button from the dropdown menu located next to your avatar in the top right corner

I have a API technical issue, what do I do?

Please raise a ticket here and our Customer Support team will be in touch. 

I have feedback or an idea for improvement, what do I do?

We'd love to hear from you. Please submit your feedback to our product team by selecting the "Support" button in the web dashboard.  

(For io.network Principal Member subscriptions only) Please collate any underlying client feedback for your next alignment meeting with your io.finnet Operations team. These meetings are usually held once a month. 

I have a question/query and I cannot find the answer in any support material, what should I do?
