Please note closing your account is permanent and irrecoverable.
However it is possible to reactivate a cancelled subscription. If you prefer to temporarily cancel your subscription or retain your account history, please follow the steps here.
It's possible to close your account if;
- All users and pending invites have been removed
- You are the last remaining admin in the account
- All API keys have been deactivated
- There are no outstanding invoices on your account. To learn how to close all invoices see here
- There is no current paid subscription active. Change your plan to our Free solution. To learn how to manage your subscription see here
Please note
Once an account has been closed, there will no way to recover it. Any existing vaults will only be recoverable by disaster recovery. Please ensure all assets are removed prior to completing this process.
To close your account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Settings"
- Click on the "Billing" subtab
- Scroll down to "Account Closure"
- Click "Close Account" and accept
- You will be immediately logged out of the platform
