Can I use io.vault while connected to a VPN?

Devices connected through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) are not supported when using io.vault. VPN usage can interfere with the background signing process (based on MPC), which relies on consistent device identity and secure key fragments across trusted endpoints.

As a result, transactions may fail to sign or remain stuck, making io.vault unusable until the VPN is disabled.

To ensure smooth operation, please disable any VPNs when accessing io.vault or performing signing actions.
