Issue Status Workaround (if available)
Some of the assets that can be traded on the platform do not have correct asset pricing. Some of our assets will unfortunately show as $0 Fix in progress. No current workaround

If you want to send USDT on the TRON Network or some other TRC20 asset, but don't have enough TRX (TRON native asset) to cover the fees, the transaction will get an Out of Energy Error (you use TRX to generate energy to cover the fees). When you receive this error message, your transaction won't have been processed but TRON will still remove / burn any TRX you have in your account.

Example - I want to send 10 USDT on TRON and have 5 TRX in my wallet. The fees cost 20 TRX so I don't have enough TRX to cover it. TRON will remove the 5 TRX from my wallet and fail the transaction.

It is recommended to always have a balance of between 50 - 100 TRX in your account to ensure the transaction/s will take place.

WalletConnect

Issue Status Workaround (if available)
When navigating to transaction details for a DEX swap only the parent transaction details are displayed. Fix in progress. Please use the block explorer link to view all additional transaction details.
Contract call “Method” names are displayed as their encoded values rather than decoded human readable forms.  A fix for this has already been deployed internally and should be available soon. No current workaround.
If the browser is refreshed with Aave on it, it will disconnect the user from WalletConnect. Fix in progress. Avoid refreshing your browser tab with Aave on it. If this does occur, please disconnect from Aave and reconnect to WalletConnect.
