Accessing the web dashboard

The io.finnet dashboard can be accessed by visiting app.iofinnet.com.

Sign up:

1. You can self-onboard to io.vault by creating your credentials directly. There are multiple ways you can login
   1. Entering first & last name, email and password
   2. Signing up with a Google account
   3. Or signing up with an Apple account
2. You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email to confirm your address
3. Once verified, enter your entity name to create your first organization in your environment.
4. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions 
5. Finalize your sign-up and register your device. 

Sign-in:

1. Log-in to app.iofinnet.com.
2. Enter your email and password, or use Apple sign-in or Google sign-in
   
   1. You can review your "connected account" within your profile section 

3. When signing in, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email to ensure a secure connection

    

Add team member

Additional users can be added by your vault administrator. Invitations will be sent via the portal, and new users will receive an email to access the platform.

Set up two-factor authentication

To enhance the security of your registered device, you can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using the authenticator app of your choice.

1. Access your profile by clicking on your user icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.

2. Select “Manage Account”. In the Security section, click “Add two-step verification”.

3. For additional security, enter your password or receive a six-digit code in your email.

4. Scan the provided QR code or manually paste the code into an authenticator app.

5. Input the one-time code generated by the authenticator app into the designated field.

6. Click the “Enable” button to confirm and activate two-factor authentication for your account.
