The tool we are using is an anonymous and confidential whistleblowing service provider, it does not require users to create an account or login to submit a report. You can submit a report directly through the web-based form without creating an account or providing any personal information.

What should a report contain?

Your report should include as much detailed and specific information as possible to help investigators fully understand and investigate the concern or issue being reported. The following information is typically included in a report:

  2. Parties involved: Identify any individuals or groups involved in the issue or concern. This should include their names, job titles, and any other relevant information that could help with the investigation.
  3. Evidence: Provide any evidence that you have to support your claim. This could include documents, emails, videos, or other physical evidence that you have collected.
  4. Impact: Explain how the issue or concern affects the organization or individuals involved. This could include financial impact, impact on operations, or impact on employee safety.

It's important to note that whistleblower reports should be made in good faith, meaning that the information provided should be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. It's also important to protect your identity if you feel that doing so is necessary for your safety or well-being.
