Dashboard Overview

When logging into the io.vault dashboard, navigate to the Apps section on the left-hand menu and select XRP Wallet to access the XRP Wallet dashboard (If the app does not appear on the first page, users can use the search option at the top of the page to find it), which includes:

• Wallet Balance: Displays your current XRP holdings in both XRP and USD equivalent.
• R-Address & X-Address: Your wallet's unique identifiers for sending and receiving funds.
• Send Transaction Panel: Allows you to initiate outgoing XRP transfers.
• Pending Transactions: Displays any transactions awaiting approval.
• Navigation Menu (Left Sidebar):
  • Home Page: Returns to the dashboard.
  • Transactions: View transaction history.

Address Book: Manage saved addresses for quick access - Refer to Address Book for detailed instructions on this process.

Sending XRP Transactions

1. Before initiating a transaction, make sure you select the vault from which you want to send XRP. If you have multiple vaults with an XRP balance, be careful to choose the correct one to proceed with the transaction

   Note: The selected vault must have a sufficient XRP balance to complete the transaction
2. In the Send Transaction panel, click the "Enter Address" field

3. Choose a saved address from the Address Book or enter a new recipient address manually

   Ensure the correct XRP format (R-Address or X-Address) is used

4. Enter the amount of XRP to send
5. Ensure "XRP (XRP)" is selected
6. Add a reference for the transaction (optional)
7. Click "Send Transaction"
8. The transaction request will be sent to the Signing Vault for approval
9. Transactions require approval from the Signing Party of the linked Vault

Tracking & Managing Transactions

Pending transactions

• View transactions awaiting approval under the "Pending Transactions" section.
• Status indicators:
  • Pending 
  • Successful
  • Expired
  • Failed

Transaction History

• Navigate to "Transactions" in the sidebar.
• Export by:
  • Summary or Detailed
  • Start and End Date

Deposit from an External Wallet

• Navigate to the XRP Wallet page
• You can find your XRP deposit address in the Home Page section next to the Wallet Balance. These addresses are linked to the vault selected in the top right-hand corner
• Copy your R-Address or X-Address
• If using an R-Address, ensure the sender includes the correct Destination Tag
• Use your external wallet or exchange to send XRP to the provided address
• Once the transaction is confirmed on the XRP Ledger, your funds will appear in your wallet balance
