Managing your subscription

 

This article is relevant for io.vault subscriptions only.

 

Through the billing section of your dashboard, you can easily manage your subscription plan. This includes upgrading or downgrading your current plan, adding new features such as additional users, and viewing the details of your existing plan.

  1. Modify your plan
  2. Cancelling your subscription
  3. Reactivate your subscription

Modify your plan:

  1. On the web dashboard, select "Settings" from the menu on the left-hand side
  2. Under the “Settings” subtab, click on “Billing”
  3. Under the "Your Subscription" box, you can view details about your current plan, including:

    1. Your active subscription plan
    2. The next payment date and amount
    3. Add-ons such as the number of seats and users
  4. To make changes to your subscription click on “Manage Plan”, a pop-up window will appear. From there, click “Edit Subscription” to make changes to your plan
  5. In the Edit Subscription Details Box, you can modify the following options:

    1. Your Plan:
      1. io.vault Freemium
      2. io.vault Premium
      3. io.vault Professional
      4. For io.vault Enterprise please contact our sales team
    2. Billing Frequency:
      1. Monthly
      2. Every 3 Months
      3. Yearly

    Once you've made your selections, click “Update”. After reviewing your changes, click “Update Subscription” to save the updates

  6. To exit the box, simply click the black "X" in the top right corner
  7. In the Edit Subscription Details Box, you can also modify your add-ons. To do so, click the “Add Add-ons” button
  8. Select the relevant add on. In some cases, you can modify the billing frequency directly from this page by clicking “Edit”, updating the frequency, and saving your changes by clicking “Add”
  9. This will return you to the Edit Subscription Details Box, where your updates will be displayed. To finalize, click “Update Subscription”
  10. To exit the box, simply click the black "X" in the top right corner

Please note

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current contract term-either the end of the month for monthly plans, the end of the year for annual contracts, or at the end of each 3-month period for quarterly plans. To update your subscription mid-term please contact support here
  • Under the "Your Subscription" page, you will be notified if you have an unpaid balance or if you have reached the maximum number of users allowed within your plan

Cancelling your subscription

If at any point you want to cancel your current subscription, follow these steps:

  1. On the web dashboard, click on "Settings"
  2. Within the “Settings” tab, click on “Billing” 
  3. Click “Manage Plan”

    • This will connect you to your subscription view
  4. Click “Cancel subscription”

    • You will optionally be able to select a cancellation reason and provide any feedback. We greatly appreciate any feedback you provide
  5. Click “Confirm cancellation”

Please note

  • Your subscription will run until the end of your current payment term. For example - if you pay monthly, your subscription will run till the end of the month. Yearly, till the end of your current year
  • Once your subscription finishes, you will not have access to any vaults or assets within your account. You will only have access to teams and settings, therefore ensure you remove all assets before the closing date

If you wish to reactivate your subscription to the io.vault product, you can contact the io.support team here, who will be happy to assist you.
