How to make a report

Under « Entity name » write our company name as follow: Io FinNet Group, Inc

Click on « Continue ».

You land on our io.finnet whistleblowing and reporting portal. You have two options:

  1. Submitting a report – without logging in
  2. Logging in and submitting a report

Submitting a Report – without logging in


Click on the little arrow next to « Make a report about misconduct » section to access the « See my cases » and « Start new report » buttons.

Click on « Start new report ».

Select your « Relationship to company » and your « Country » by clicking on the dropdown menu.

Click on « Continue as guest »

Click on « Agree » to accept the terms of use and Policy.

 

To start a new conversation, complete the following information by clicking on the dropdown menus:

  1. Country where the incident occurred
  2. Incident type

Depending on the country in which the incident occurred and the type of incident, reports are anonymous or require contact information.

Follow the prompts and complete the questions. Answer all questions asked in the conversation and describe in as much detail as possible the misconduct, the individuals or departments involved, and provide any supporting evidence or documents.

You can stop the discussion at any time by clicking on the « Next » button.

The following or a similar message will indicate the end of the discussion.

Attaching supporting evidence

You can add/attach any supporting evidence or documents by clicking on « Upload files » as well as check and edit the conversation.

Each file cannot exceed 100MB. Please consider resizing or converting your video or audio files if they are larger than 100MB.

System accepts the following file types:

  1. Picture file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif
  2. Document file formats: .txt, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .ppt, .pptx, .key, .pps, .ppsx
  3. Audio file formats: mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, aac
  4. Video file formats: mp4, mkv, mpeg, avi, flv, wmv, mov, 3gp

Submitting the report

Once the document(s) is/are uploaded, click on « Continue to submit ».

Create a six-digit PIN. It will be necessary to retrieve the same report in the future

If you ever wish to receive a copy of the report and updates, you can enter your email address. This will not be disclosed to the company.

Click « Submit Report » to send the report.

Your report is submitted, and a report ID is assigned to it. It is important to save your Report ID. The Report ID is required to retrieve and follow up on your case. 

Create an Account 

By signing up you will receive notifications, case updates and the ability to track your reports.

Click on « Get started »

Click on « Create an account »

Create an account by using your email address.

Password Requirements:

  • At least 1 lower case
  • Contain between 8 to 64 characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character
  • At least 1 upper case

Relationship to the entity – select one of the following options by clicking on the dropdown menu:

When all fields are completed, click on « Create an account ». Do not forget to tick the box to accept the terms of use. 

Click on « Agree » to accept the terms of use and Policy.

You should be back on the main page.

Click on « Log in » and sign in with your email address and selected password.  

You can access your existing or new reports and chat with your case manager anonymously.

Logging in and submitting a report

Click on the green cross and then click on « Make a report ». 

To create a new report, follow the same process as described under Submitting a Report – without logging in.

Monitoring the status of the report

How to view your report or case once logged in

To review your reports and any message received related to a specific report, click on « Messaging ».

All cases are listed on this page and can be reviewed by clicking on the report ID.

Go to the company web Portal: https://portal.speeki.com/

Under « Entity name »: Io FinNet Group, Inc.

Click « Continue ».

Click on the little arrow next to « Make a report about misconduct » section to access the « See my cases » and « Start new report » buttons.

Click on « See my cases ».

You still have the option to sign in if you have an account. If you don’t have an account, please enter the report ID previously provided and your PIN.

Click on « Check case status ».

*You will not be able to check the case status if you have forgotten your case ID and PIN.
